Meditation

Finding that quiet space whether it’s in our minds, emotions &/or body is simply a habit. Quiet time allows for the connection for all 3 aspects of ourselves to rest while we gently observe. Regular meditation teaches you to find your center and your focus, which allows you to make room for your goals in day-to-day life. Meditation enables you to bring order to confusion and conflicting stress around you. Learning meditation styles means that it becomes easier to deal with each demand without stress or feeling overwhelmed.

Reflection is a doorway for us to enter this sacred place and find a deep inner calmness. Stepping out of the body is another way to access a meditative state. Simply getting into a slow and gentle walk while matching your breath is called a ‘walking meditation’. Most martial arts practice getting into a meditative state to connect deeper within themselves and all that is around them.
